Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Graduate Programme Manager to spearhead their expanding graduate recruitment and development initiatives, working remotely. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of the graduate journey, from attraction and selection through to onboarding and ongoing professional development. You will be instrumental in shaping the future talent pipeline, ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding high-calibre graduate talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including application screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Design and coordinate comprehensive graduate development programs, including training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Act as the primary point of contact for graduate trainees, providing support and guidance throughout their programme.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify departmental needs and align graduate placements accordingly.
- Track key metrics related to graduate recruitment and retention, providing regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
- A recent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrable organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and standard office productivity tools.
- Experience in recruitment, talent management, or programme coordination is a strong advantage.
