Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Graduate Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Belfast . This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career in project management, supporting project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. You will gain exposure to diverse projects and learn essential project management methodologies. This is a hybrid role, blending collaboration in our Belfast office with the flexibility of remote work. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, eager to contribute to the successful delivery of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers in planning project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
- Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn project management tools.
