About the Role
Our client is seeking organised and proactive Graduate Project Coordinators to join their dynamic team in Sheffield . This role offers a fantastic entry point into project management, providing hands-on experience in supporting and coordinating various projects across different departments. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within scope, working closely with project managers and team members. We are looking for individuals with excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to learn and grow within a project-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support to project managers and project teams.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and report on status updates.
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and take meeting minutes.
- Help manage project resources, including budgets and materials.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
