About the Role

Our client is seeking organised and proactive Graduate Project Coordinators to join their dynamic team in Sheffield . Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to project managers and project teams.
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and report on status updates.
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and take meeting minutes.
• Help manage project resources, including budgets and materials.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
