Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to keep them updated on project progress.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including meeting minutes and status reports.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time.
- Identify and flag potential risks and issues to the project management team.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus, but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid model.
- Based in or able to commute to our Wolverhampton office for required in-office days.
