About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Graduate Project Coordinator to support project management activities within their operations in Wolverhampton . You will work closely with Project Managers, assisting with planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas and documenting minutes and action items.
• Maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and progress updates.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
• Support the tracking of project budgets and expenditures.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) is an advantage.
