About the Role

Our client is looking for an organised and motivated Graduate Project Manager to join their project delivery team in Reading . Key Responsibilities

• Support senior project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, timelines, and budgets, reporting on key milestones.
• Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to project management best practices.

Requirements

• A degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with occasional travel to Reading .
