The school supports children and young people aged 4–19 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).
You will work in a nurturing, inclusive, and collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists (SALTs), Occupational Therapists, Educational Psychologists, and specialist teachers.

🧩 Role and Responsibilities
💬 Deliver one-to-one and small-group communication interventions to support children’s speech, language, and social skills
🧠 Use autism-friendly strategies, including visual aids, PECS, Makaton, and social stories
🤝 Collaborate with SALTs, teachers, and support staff to embed therapeutic approaches across lessons
🌈 Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence, and emotional regulation
🛡️ Uphold safeguarding, inclusion, and wellbeing standards
🎯 Candidate Requirements
🎓 Degree in Psychology, Linguistics, Speech Sciences, Education, or Child Development
❤️ Genuine interest in communication, autism, and special educational needs
🗣️ Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
🕊️ Patient, empathetic, and proactive
🚗 Able to travel to Windsor / surrounding areas
