Salary: £45,446 plus car allowance (pending pay award)
We're looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team based at Stonebridge Park. This is an excellent
opportunity for a graduate or aspiring Quantity Surveyor to develop their career within a supportive environment, gaining hands-on
experience across contract administration, commercial management, tendering, estimating and site surveying activities. You'll work
closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and wider operational teams, supporting the delivery of high-quality commercial services
while developing your technical and professional knowledge.
What we\'re looking for:
- Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
- NVQ Level 3 in Management or Construction.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- An understanding of site health and safety requirements.
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible approach with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently whilst also contributing effectively as part of a wider team.

- Full UK or EU driving licence.

Interview Process:
- Candidates will be invited to attend an interview which will explore their commercial awareness, communication skills, technical understanding and suitability for a career in Quantity Surveying. Interviews will take place at our Stonebridge Park office, week commencing 17th August 2026.
