Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
• Support the administration of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports.
• Assist in the valuation of work completed and processing payments.
• Identify and manage potential cost risks and opportunities.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure financial clarity.

Requirements

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A foundational understanding of construction economics and contract law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong numeracy, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for a hybrid role.
