Job Description
Graduate Quantity Surveyor (QS) North Manchester with building envelope experience (cladding, roofing, façades, rainscreen systems, curtain walling
Position: Graduate Quantity Surveyor Award for an award winning Building Envelope / Facades solutions business in North Manchester
You will be involved with:
Assist with cost planning and tender submissions.
Prepare subcontractor enquiries and comparisons.
Measure and value works from drawings and BIM models.
Support procurement of façade, cladding, roofing, and envelope packages.
Assist with monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Track project costs against budgets.
Attend site meetings and progress reviews.
Work with project managers, designers, and site teams. Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or similar.
Building envelope experience through employment, placement year, internship, or site work.- essential
Knowledge of cladding, roofing, façades, curtain walling, or external envelope systems.
Good Excel skills.
Understanding of JCT or NEC contracts.
Strong numerical and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence - essential What's on offer
