Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission | Industry-Leading Training | Clear Progression to Director
Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm, with early finish on Fridays!)
Location: Bristol City Centre

The role you will play:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will become a specialist recruiter within your market, responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates.
You will:
Source and interview high-quality candidates
Build relationships with clients and win new business
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
Negotiate offers and close deals
Become an expert within your specialist market
