Graduate Executive Search Consultant

£35,000 Base Salary + Bonuses | London

The business works with ambitious companies to identify and attract senior-level talent across specialist markets. As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, youll learn how to operate at this level from day one building relationships, developing market expertise and working on searches where the people youre speaking to are often already highly successful in their careers.

The opportunity

Youll receive structured training and work alongside experienced consultants, learning the full executive search process.

Your role will include:

• Researching markets and identifying high-calibre individuals
• Approaching and engaging senior professionals
• Building relationships with candidates over the long term
• Working closely with clients to understand their requirements
• Supporting live executive searches
• Developing your own network and industry expertise
• Progressing towards managing your own searches and client relationships
