Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Private Equity - 50% Commission. An exciting opportunity for a bright and ambitious graduate to join a high-performing Technology & Data recruitment team. You’ll be connecting exceptional talent with Private Equity firms and their Portfolio Companies, so being inquisitive, commercially minded, and quick thinking will be key.

What you’ll be doing as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Identifying top candidates through headhunting and proactive outreach
• Building trusted relationships with candidates to guide their job search
• Establishing your personal reputation in the industry
• Sharing market updates and insight with clients
• Generating new business through cold outreach and networking
• Managing end-to-end processes: reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback
• Helping candidates negotiate offers and prepare for onboarding
• Supporting the final stages - contracts, start dates, and beyond
