Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in identifying and attracting qualified candidates for diverse roles.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills and career aspirations.
• Develop and expand candidate databases through effective sourcing techniques.
• Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate journey.
• Support the business development efforts by identifying potential new client leads.
• Gain exposure to client relationship management and the full recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
