Key Responsibilities

• Assisting senior consultants with candidate sourcing and initial screening processes.
• Conducting telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Building and maintaining talent pools for various client requirements.
• Scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Learning and applying recruitment best practices and market knowledge.
• Supporting business development activities and client engagement efforts.

Requirements
