Key Responsibilities
- Learn and execute full-cycle recruitment processes under the guidance of experienced consultants.
- Source and screen candidates using various online platforms and databases.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability for open vacancies.
- Assist senior consultants with client communication and relationship management tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to develop recruitment expertise.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A strong desire to succeed in a sales-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Resilience and a positive outlook, based in or able to commute to Nottinghamshire .
