About the Role

Our client is seeking inquisitive and detail-oriented Graduate Research Assistants to support their research initiatives in Bristol . You will contribute to various research projects, assisting in data collection, literature reviews, experimental design, and analysis. Working closely with senior researchers, you will gain valuable experience in research methodologies and contribute to the generation of new knowledge, fostering a systematic and rigorous approach to scientific inquiry within a dynamic academic and commercial research setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize existing research findings.
• Assist in the design and execution of experiments and research studies.
• Collect, organize, and analyze research data using appropriate statistical software.
• Prepare research reports, presentations, and contribute to the drafting of publications.
• Maintain accurate research records and contribute to lab or project management tasks as needed.

Requirements

• A recent degree in a relevant scientific or social science discipline (e.g., Biology, Psychology, Economics, Physics).
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and statistical analysis principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
