What does a Cover Supervisor do?

• Provide support and guidance where needed, helping pupils stay on track.
• Be a positive role model, creating a calm and productive learning environment.

What we’re looking for

• A degree (any subject) or proven experience with young people, backed up by a confident can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Professional presence and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Previous experience in education, youth work, coaching, or tutoring is helpful, but not essential.
