Are you a recent graduate looking to start a rewarding career in education? A welcoming primary school in Reading is seeking a passionate Graduate SEN TA to join their team.
As a Graduate SEN TA, you'll provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional needs, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
Support pupils with SEN on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
Assist teachers with inclusive lessons and targeted interventions.
Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals.
About You
The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:
A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related subject.
A genuine passion for supporting children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, positive, and flexible approach.
An interest in a career within education, psychology, or SEN.
