A large Secondary SEN school is seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and dynamic team to start ASAP. Key Responsibilities as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:

Support children with a variety of special educational needs in both 1:1 and group settings Help implement personalised learning plans designed by the class teacher and SENCo Encourage and promote inclusion and independence among pupils Adapt learning materials and activities to meet each student's individual needs Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support student progressWhat the School is Looking for in a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic graduate with a genuine interest in SEN A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and flexible attitude Previous experience with children or young people (formal or informal) is beneficial but not essentialWhat the School Offers:
