Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the structural analysis and design of buildings and other structures.
- Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications using relevant software.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with designs.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers on project teams.
- Assist in the assessment of existing structures and the development of remediation strategies.
- Contribute to project documentation, including reports and site records.
Requirements
- A degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A strong understanding of structural mechanics, materials, and design principles.
- Proficiency with structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS) and CAD tools is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical skills.
