2:2 degree or higher in any subject Experience working with children or young people through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, coaching or employment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Genuine interest in education and teacher training Reliable, enthusiastic and committed approach Commitment to a full academic yearPrevious experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Classroom Assistant, Tutor or Mentor is desirable but not essential.
