The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor, you could be involved in:
Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 Assisting teachers with lessons and classroom activities Providing additional support to students who need it Supervising classes when required Helping create a positive and engaging learning environment Building strong relationships with students Supporting small-group work or leading activities as your confidence develops
