We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join a secondary school in Harrow on a long-term, full-time basis, with the potential to become permanent.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, SEN or other education-related fields.

What You'll Do

Support students across KS3 and KS4 with their learning and development Provide one-to-one and small-group support Help students overcome barriers to learning Build positive relationships with students Work alongside teachers and support staff Encourage confidence, independence and resilience Support a positive and inclusive learning environmentWhat We're Looking For

Positive, enthusiastic and approachable Ideally, educated to degree level and/or experience working with teenagers in education, youth work, coaching, tutoring etc Experience with SEN (such as ADHD, dyslexia, Autism or SEMH) is desirable Strong communication skills Passionate about supporting young peopleTo apply or find out more, contact Elizabeth Topley:
