About the Role
Our client is seeking motivated and customer-focused Graduate Technical Support Engineers to join their fully remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for technology and problem-solving to provide crucial support to their user base. You will be the first point of contact for technical queries, diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and system efficiency. Working entirely remotely, you will be part of a collaborative virtual team dedicated to delivering outstanding technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and user interactions accurately.
- Create and update knowledge base articles and FAQs for common issues.
- Assist in testing new software releases and system updates.
Requirements
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and helpful demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience with remote support tools is a plus.
