Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document all support requests, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant technical teams.
- Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles and support documentation.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a patient, helpful attitude.
- Effective communication skills for remote interaction and the ability to work independently.
