About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Support the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial data for accuracy.
• Help with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participate in internal audits and assist with gathering financial documentation.
• Learn and apply accounting software and systems effectively.

Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• A strong academic record and an aptitude for numbers.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous approach to tasks.
• Willingness to commit to professional study and qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
