Graduate Trainee Accountant

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation based in Glasgow who are looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Trainee Accountant to join their finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their professional accountancy career in a supportive environment, with real responsibility from day one and a clear pathway to progression.

The Role

You will be working alongside experienced finance professionals, supporting the team with day-to-day accounting tasks including purchase and sales ledger, bank reconciliations, management accounts preparation, and financial reporting. You will have the opportunity to study towards a professional accountancy qualification - ACA, ACCA, or CIMA - with full support from the business.

What We Are Looking For

A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (or a strong numerate degree with a genuine interest in finance). You will be organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Strong Excel skills are an advantage. No prior professional experience is required - the right attitude and a willingness to develop are what matter most.
