About the Role
Our client is seeking highly organized and driven Graduate Trainee Project Managers to join their team, supporting various initiatives across the organization. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to develop essential project management skills without the need for a physical commute. You will assist senior project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects, gaining exposure to project lifecycles, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and resource allocation. We are looking for individuals with strong leadership potential, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing tasks and timelines in a virtual environment. This role is based in Randburg, operating remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting systems.
- Support the implementation of project management best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for remote collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
