Salary: £26,100 basic + Uncapped Commission (No Thresholds)

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (8:30pm – 5:30pm Mon-Thurs with 4pm Finish on Fridays)

Start Date: Immediate or flexible for the right candidate

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage the full 360 recruitment process : from business development to candidate placement

• Build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships
• Consult and advise clients on hiring strategies
• Source, screen and place the best talent within your chosen specialist sector
• Work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment , supported by a close-knit team
