Key Responsibilities

• Assist in user research activities to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize user interface designs.
• Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interface designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
• Participate in user testing sessions and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.

Requirements

• A degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Foundational understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) is beneficial.
• Strong visual design skills and an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote team environment.
