About the Role
Our client is seeking creative and user-centric Graduate UX/UI Designers to join their digital product team in Brighton . This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates passionate about creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will work alongside experienced designers, product managers, and developers to contribute to the design of user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications. The role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on feedback. This position offers a strong learning curve and the chance to build a portfolio with impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to conceptualize user flows.
- Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.
Requirements
- A degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on user experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (academic or personal).
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma , Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
- Good communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale.
- A keen eye for visual design and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
