About the Role

You will be responsible for researching grant opportunities, developing compelling proposals, and managing the grant application process from inception to reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, and government bodies.
- Write, edit, and submit high-quality grant proposals, applications, and reports that align with funder requirements and our client's mission.
- Develop strong relationships with program staff to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Manage the grant submission calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Track grant awards and provide timely reports to funders.
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices in grant writing and fundraising.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Grant Writer , with a successful track record of securing funding from foundations and trusts.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong research skills to identify suitable funding sources.
- Familiarity with the grant application process and common reporting requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
