About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, and government bodies.

• Develop strong relationships with program staff to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Manage the grant submission calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Track grant awards and provide timely reports to funders.
• Stay abreast of trends and best practices in grant writing and fundraising.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Grant Writer , with a successful track record of securing funding from foundations and trusts.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong research skills to identify suitable funding sources.
• Familiarity with the grant application process and common reporting requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
