Graphic Designer (Mid-Level)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join their expanding marketing team based in Belfast . You will be responsible for conceptualising and creating visually compelling assets across a range of marketing materials, both digital and print. Working closely with the marketing and creative directors, you will contribute to brand identity and campaign execution, ensuring all designs are on-brand and meet project objectives. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to hone your design skills and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce a variety of marketing collateral, including brochures, social media graphics, website banners, presentations, and email templates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Assist in the development of creative concepts for new campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
