About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of visual assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, website elements, brochures, infographics, and presentations.

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate project briefs into effective visual designs.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
• Maintain and update brand assets, style guides, and design libraries to ensure consistency.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new design techniques, and competitor activities to inspire innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.
