About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join their marketing team in Cardiff . You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs for a wide range of marketing materials, both digital and print. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate brand messaging into engaging visuals. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce high-quality assets that enhance brand recognition and effectively communicate campaign objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Create print collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and corporate stationery.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging visual assets for marketing materials.
- Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adhering to project briefs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including digital and print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
