Graphic Designer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their expanding marketing team in Cardiff . You will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets across a range of marketing materials, both digital and print. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful designs that align with brand guidelines. You will collaborate closely with the marketing department to develop creative solutions that enhance brand visibility and engagement, working within a supportive and collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and presentations.
• Ensure all designs are on-brand, high-quality, and meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative campaign assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery.
• Maintain and update brand assets and style guides as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
