Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop strategies for upgrading and modernizing electrical grid infrastructure.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, including smart grid components and renewable energy systems.
• Develop technical specifications and project requirements for grid modernization initiatives.
• Analyze grid performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with utility partners, vendors, and internal engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for grid operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in power systems engineering or grid modernization .
• Strong understanding of power system dynamics, protection, and control.
• Experience with smart grid technologies, distribution automation, and SCADA systems.
• Proficiency in power system analysis software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP) is beneficial.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for remote collaboration.
