Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for grid modernization , including smart metering, SCADA systems, and advanced distribution automation.
• Analyze grid performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop upgrade strategies.
• Evaluate and select new technologies and equipment for grid enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies, utilities, and technology vendors on grid modernization initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective implementation of upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations for grid operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in power systems engineering, distribution networks, or smart grid technologies .
• Solid understanding of power flow analysis, protection schemes, and grid stability concepts.
• Experience with SCADA, DMS, OMS, or other grid management software is highly desirable.
• Strong project management and technical leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
