As a Grill Chef at Hawksmoor , you’lltake ownership of the most iconic part of our kitchen. Cooking over charcoaland working with exceptional, grass-fed beef, you’ll deliver perfectly cookedsteaks with precision, confidence and pride. This is a hands-on role at theheart of service, where consistency and timing matter just as much as technicalskill.

What You’ll Do

• Cook steaks and grill items to Hawksmoor standards
• Manage your section with precision during busyservices
• Control timing, temperature and consistency on thegrill
• Maintain high standards of food safety,organisation and cleanliness
• Work closely with the pass and wider kitchen teamto ensure seamless service
• Support junior chefs working within your section

• Experienced working with fresh food in a qualitykitchen
• Confident cooking meat and managing high-pressureservice
• Calm, organised and detail-focused
• A team player who communicates clearly and workscollaboratively
• Passionate about quality produce and open-firecooking
