Ground Shoring BDM – North & Midlands Growth Lead

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Business Development Manager – Ground Shoring to lead field sales across the North & Midlands for ground shoring products. You will head major projects, build relationships with tier one and two main contractors, and drive revenue within a £3m territory.

You will oversee a small team of area sales managers, train customers, and progress opportunities from leads to contracts, aiming for strong commercial results in a dynamic construction sector.
