Grounds Maintenance Operative - Mowing, Hedge & Plant Care

Glendale (UK) Limited is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to provide an effective grounds maintenance service. You will manage hedge trimming, planting, mowing, litter removal and general landscape works across site locations, ensuring work is completed to contract specifications and safety standards.

You will lead and guide junior staff, operate ride-on and pedestrian mowers, and collaborate with the Chargehand to meet deadlines while adhering to health, safety, and ISO requirements.
