Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are currently seeking experienced ground maintenance worker to work with our client in Northumberland. Candidates will be working in a maintenance environment and duties could include; Strimming Mowing – ride on and pedestrian mowers Mowing of parkland – tractor and topper Hedge trimming Weeding and ivy removal Litter picking Watering of lawns, trees and plants Leaf and debris blowing and collecting Pressure washing of terraces and machinery Collecting fallen tree branches Loading biomass fuel General estate tasks as required from time to time Awareness of and compliance with Health & Safety requirements and legislation Candidates must have a FULL UK Driving licence as will be using maintenance vehicles
