Job Description
Overview
Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be joining our Grounds Maintenance teams who are based in Peterborough and travelling to sites across Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations, including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
This is a full time position working 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment
- General maintenance of grounds, including grass cutting, debris clearance, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming
- Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride-on machinery
- Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery
Key Requirements
- Full driving licence
- Experience in using gardening power tools
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
