Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour
Contract: Ongoing Temporary

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join a busy team based in Ivybridge. These are ongoing temporary positions offering full-time hours with an immediate start available for the right candidates.

The Role

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will play an important role in maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard. Working as part of a team, your duties will include:

• Grass cutting using a variety of equipment
• Hedge trimming and pruning
• General gardening and grounds maintenance
• Weeding, planting, and maintaining flower beds
• Leaf clearance and litter picking
• Keeping outdoor areas clean, safe, and well-presented
• Carrying out basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you should have experience in one or more of the following:

• Grounds maintenance
• Garden maintenance
• Landscaping
• Grass cutting or horticulture

You should also:

• Be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Be reliable with a strong work ethic
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Hold a full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
