Groundworker (Permanent)

Salary: £31,824 per annum Location: Covering South Northwest - Liverpool, Warrington, Chester, Crewe & Northwich Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card Provided Sector: Social Housing Maintenance

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join a well-established maintenance contractor on a permanent basis. Covering the southern regions of the North West, including Liverpool, Warrington, Chester, Crewe and Northwich, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of external repairs and maintenance works to social housing properties.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with a reputable employer offering a company van, fuel card and a stable workload.

Duties Will Include:

Flagging and paving repairs Fencing installation and repairs Minor drainage works and repairs General external maintenance duties Working within occupied social housing properties Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard Maintaining excellent customer service when interacting with tenants

Requirements

Previous Groundworks experience Experience within social housing repairs and maintenance preferred Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively Strong communication and customer service skills
