Ground Worker (Temp to Perm)

Location: Midhurst and Surrounding areas Pay: £22.50 per hour (Umbrella) Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday Benefits: Company Van Provided We are recruiting a Ground Worker for a leading Housing Provider in Portsmouth. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity carrying out external repairs and maintenance across social housing properties and estates.

Duties

Paving, slabbing and concreting repairs Fencing and gate installation/repairs Drainage and groundwork repairs Estate and communal area maintenance Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements

Previous groundworks experience Full UK driving licence Good understanding of health and safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with a well-established housing provider, with a company van supplied
