Group Finance Transformation Leader

Fisher German is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead the finance team from either Ashby de la Zouch or Birmingham, with regular time in both offices. The role focuses on leadership, insightful reporting, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management while enhancing processes and controls.

You will help shape the finance function during ERP implementation and a business-partnering model rollout, guiding 7 direct reports and 13 colleagues overall.
