Job Description
As a Group Financial Controller in the FMCG industry based in West Yorkshire, you'll oversee the financial operations and ensure accurate reporting to support the company's goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the finance function, improving processes and controls, and supporting the wider growth strategy of the Group.

Description
- Manage and oversee group financial reporting and compliance processes.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
- Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.
- Lead and develop the finance team to meet organisational objectives.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance across the group.
- Implement and improve financial systems and controls.
A Successful Group Financial Controller Should Have
- Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong background in financial reporting and compliance or industry relevant finance functions.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of the FMCG/Manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
