Group FP&A Director — Growth, PE-Backed, Path to CFO

Eton Bridge Partners Ltd. is supporting a high-growth, PE-backed technology-enabled group in appointing a Group Director of FP&A in Central London.

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will lead the FP&A function, develop forecasting models and provide strategic financial insight to the Board, sponsors and lenders. You will oversee fundraising, debt management, and transaction readiness, while partnering with executives to drive value creation and transformation across the finance function.
